Frankie McAllister - Subjective View

"The experience of landscape is never a neutral or objective thing, and a photograph cannot really be a completely accurate record, it is always a reflection of what the photographer receives and perceives in a given moment. My intention therefore is not to record how a landscape is, but to capture how it feels."

ABOUT US

Welcome to The Observatory Photography Gallery, located in the heart of Bloomsbury, London. We are a photography gallery with a difference - not only do we offer an incredible selection of photographs from talented artists, but we also have a beautiful coffee shop located within the gallery.

At The Observatory, we believe that photography is an art form that deserves to be celebrated and shared with the world. Photography is a powerful medium that can capture and communicate emotions, stories, and moments in time. That's why we have curated an impressive collection of photographs from both established and emerging photographers, showcasing a diverse range of styles and themes. Our aim is to share the beauty and diversity of photography with our visitors, and to provide a space where photographers and enthusiasts can connect and engage with one another.
